In this article, I am sharing a healthy stovetop granola recipe. Store bought granolas are very unhealthy they are full of added sugar & preservatives which are not at all good for our health so this granola recipe will be the best option for your breakfast & for snacking.   • 1 Cup Rolled Gluten Free Oats
  • 1 Cup Beaten Rice(Poha)
  • 1 Cup Quinoa Flakes
  • 2 and a half TBSP Pumpkin Seeds
  • Some blueberries
  • 2 and a half TBSP Sunflower seeds (optional)
  • 6-7 Dates
  • 1 TSP Cinnamon powder
  • 1 and a half TBSP Coconut sugar/Palm Sugar/Jaggery
  • Some chopped almonds (optional)
  • Some black raisins (optional)
  • Chopped dried coconut (optional)
  • Some sun-dried kiwi (optional)
  • Some sun-dried Papaya (optional)

It is very low in calories & keeps you full for a long time so perfect for weight management. It is very light on your digestive system because it easy to digest. It is gluten free so if you are on a gluten-free diet it would be one of the best options. It is rich in protein, it is a good source of carbohydrate which provides an instant energy to your body. It becomes rich in probiotic elements because of getting dry. Poha is considered to be a great meal option for diabetics as it promotes the slow release of sugar into the bloodstream.

Easy Healthy Stovetop Homemade Granola Recipethen add quinoa flakes to it & again roast it for 1 minute (do not add it along with oats & bitten rice as it is very thin & can get burned quickly) now add pumpkin seeds & sunflower seeds & again roast it for 1 minute. Then add dates, mix it properly now turn off the flame & then add cinnamon powder & palm sugar/coconut sugar in it & mix it properly, let it cool down & then add almonds, black raisins, dried coconut, sun-dried kiwi, sun-dried papaya. You can easily store it for a month in an airtight glass container.
