INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Medium size ripped mango
  • 4-5 Lychee
  • One fourth-half TSP matcha tea
  • Half TSP stevia leaves powder(optional)
  • 1 TSP basil seeds(sabja)
  • A glass of Almond milk

MANGO: Mango is known as the king of fruits.
Mangos, they also contain an abundance of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that assure your optimum health. For decades, mangos have been used to soothe the stomach Mango is rich in fiber, so if you have at least one mango every day, you are almost guaranteed to prevent constipation, piles, and symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome & this will promote weight loss too, Mangos are very low in saturated fat, cholesterol, and sodium. They are also an excellent source of vitamin B6, as well as a good source of vitamin A and vitamin C so it revises your aging signs & works as a great anti-aging & this also improves your immune system. They are rich in minerals like potassium, magnesium, and copper, and they are one of the best sources of quercetin, beta-carotene, and astragalin. Potassium supports blood pressure, cardiovascular health, bone strength, and muscle strength. Magnesium plays an important role in carbohydrate and glucose metabolism, so magnesium status can also impact the risk of diabetes. METHOD: Mix mango, lychee, matcha tea & stevia leaves powder & blend it & make a smooth paste of it now add almond milk & basil seeds to it, mix it well & let it sit for 3 minutes & our super healthy weight loss drink is ready to serve.

NOTE: Have this drink only in the breakfast to get it’s best results in weight loss & to get other health benefits as it is little high in sugar
