Hey! Guys In this article I am sharing oats diet plan. In this diet plan, you will eat only oats recipes in your diet. But I have not made it in a traditional way I have also included a few more foods in my oats diet plan.

Oats are the whole grain and have so many nutritional benefits. It is also a natural appetite suppressor so it works magically on your weight loss. It is a great food for diabetic patients as it controls your blood sugar level.

This diet plan will help you to lose 6-7 kgs in a week. This diet plan improves your digestion. It also lowers the risk of heart diseases. Oats diet plan helps to reduce your blood pressure level.

People suffering from diabetes,  thyroid and PCOD/PCOS can also follow this diet plan. So here is my oats diet plan
This diet plan is divided into 2 phases.

Note: only include gluten-free oats in this diet plan.

Phase-1

For the first three days, you will only include steel-cut and rolled oats in your recipes. As they contain more fiber & nutritional benefits.

TIME MEAL FOOD
07:00AM Morning Tea Curry  leaf tea *watch the video for the recipe
08:30AM-09:00AM Breakfast Any of my overnight oats recipe with a cup of milk tea or if you don’t take milk tea have a cup of green tea 60 minutes after your breakfast *watch the video for the recipes  Recipe 1, Recipe 2  Recipe 3
10:30AM-11:30AM Mid Meal 1 Apple/2 Kiwi/ half Papaya
01:00PM-02:00PM Lunch My weight loss steal-cut oats roti recipe with healthy daal or sabji/ Have a cup of green tea 60 minutes after your lunch.
04:30PM-05:30PM Evening Tea 2 oats biscuits with a cup of milk tea/few almonds with a cup of milk tea
08:00PM-09:00PM Dinner My steel-cut weight loss recipe 60 minutes after your dinner have a cup of fat cutter tea

 

Phase-2

For the remaining four days you will be including instant oats also in your diet.

Precautions: As it is a very low-calorie diet and some doctors may not recommend it under some medical condition. So always be careful about your health. Do not follow this diet plan if you have any serious medical health condition. Always consult your doctor first in such conditions.

Suggestion: Little bit of physical activity is always recommended. Always do some light exercise. Stay hydrated drink at least 6-7 glass of water a day.
