Super Fast Weight Loss Roti Recipe| Gluten Free Roti

Hey! Guys In this article I am sharing another article on weight loss roti recipe. As you guys know that I have already shared some recipes on weight loss roti. But if you haven’t read it yet here are the links

Being an Indian as we all know that roti is an important dish of Indian cuisine so we cannot totally remove it from our diet. The major ingredient of the typical roti is wheat flour and it is a little difficult to lose weight with wheat flour roti. So if we make some small healthy changes in the recipe we can make a healthier version of it. And it will also help to remove some fat from your body. With this roti you will be able to lose up to 4 kgs in a week. So here is the ingredients list:

  • ½ Cup Gram Flour(Besan)
  • 1 TBSP Basil seeds(Sabja) ground To know why Basil seeds are beneficial for your health & weight loss kindly read this article CLICK HERE
  • ½ TSP carom seeds(ajwain)
  • One third TSP Pink Himalayan Salt

To make steel-cut oats flour grind the oats in your mixer jar and you may not be able to achieve a fine powder in the first attempt. So strain it once and again put the leftover coarse particles into the mixer jar and grind it. Now mix it with the flour which trained previously. Your steel-cut oats flour is ready to use. Now mix all the above-mentioned ingredients into a large bowl. You can make a large batch of this flour and keep it in the airtight container. You can preserve it for up to 15-20 days.

knead the dough: To prepare the dough you will only use hot water. And be careful while adding the water because you will end up with a mess if you do not add the right quantity of water. As this recipe contains Oats. And it can become too sticky so slowly add the water.  Now make the rotis with rolling pin. Cook it on the low or medium flame.

QUANTITY: Have 2 of this roti at a time not more than that.

Who Can Eat: PCOD/PCOS, Thyroid, Diabetic, celiac patients can also have this weight loss roti and get benefitted.
