Chokar for weight loss: If I talk about weight loss benefits of chokar or wheat bran the major reason I found is the dietary fiber in it chokar is full of dietary fiber which keeps you full for long and keeps the hunger away It has many vitamins and minerals as I mention above which are amazing for weight loss also.
